TasksTasks

  • You support the digitalisation and automation of existing HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
  • You take on the role of the main contact person for our HR department and provide support in the new and further development of processes within the HR systems
  • You are responsible for maintaining an overview of the system landscape, especially with regard to system adjustments
  • You advise our HR departments on the definition of technical requirements and their implementation and are also involved in HR-related projects
  • You take on the interface function between HR and IT
  • Perform regular HR reports, or based on special requests

QualificationsQualifications

  • Degree with a focus on HR, IT, or similar studies
  • Expertise in HR and SAP SuccessFactors for minimum 2 years
  • Basic knowledge of SAP HCM
  • Passion for working with different HR systems and digitalisation of processes, as well as a proactive, hands-on mentality to contribute to different implementation initiatives
  • Flexibility and the ability to work both, independently and in a team
  • Evaluation skills and analytical thinking
  • Structured working methodologies with high affinity for data

    • Nice-to-have : experienced user of SAP HCM
