What you will enjoy doing

Year on year you will deliver the given Hard Savings OPEX targets on Region Europe East spend portfolio by identifying, developing, leading and executing cross-country & in-country procurement projects
You show special dedication on developing and executing the category strategy for plantoperations, CES, and Healthcare
This includes actively identifying newcross-country & in-country procurement projects and providing data transparency
You will identify, manage and actively develop A-suppliers on REElevel
Also, you will take end-to-end responsibility for procurement workstreamin critical Operations and Capex projects
In addition, you will identifying potential suppliers in opportunitydevelopment phase and conduct TCO analysis for different purchase options inclose collaboration with overall project team
You will lead negotiations with potential suppliers, and achieveT&Cs in line with business case and customer contract
Further, you will manage procurement workstream during project execution(e.g. claim negotiation, order tracking)
Under your responsibility will be also ensuring alignment with REE functional managers, REEtactical procurement and EMEA procurement
You will comply with applicable rules and standards of Linde Gasas well as local law and regulations

What makes you great

You own an university degree (BsC required, MsC preferable) in acommercial or technical discipline

In this role, knowledge of strategic procurement with an experience in a multinational company of approximately 3-5 years is essential

You have procurement experience or similarfunction with strong exposure to negotiations of min. 3 years

There are proven project management skills with a min. of 3 years experience

Further you are capable of achieving strong negotiationresults in complex situations

Proven expertise in data analysis tools such asCelonis is a plus

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must - additional language skills are beneficial
