Responsabilities :

  • Analyzing financial reports and records
  • Check and analyze protocol expenses and made the recommendation if is necessary
  • Check if VAT to be reimbursed in the 5 year limitation period and make adjustments, if necessary
  • Generate VAT journals and check with registered invoices
  • Complete monthly VAT declarations for submission to ANAF
  • Calculate profit tax and complete the Declarations 100 and 101
  • Assists in preparing financial statements
  • BNR and INS reporting
  • Hedging DB Mobility
  • Calculate GTS and report
  • Closure of VAT accounts
  • Performing variance analyses and preparing account reconciliations
  • Assisting with financial and tax audits
  • Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team
  • Coordinating more complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance team or with other departments
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
  • Performs other duties as assigned by direct superiors and managers

Qualifications :

  • Preferably 5 years of relevant experience
  • Preferably international accounting certificate obtained, or in progress
  • Proficiency in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module
  • University degree in the field of accounting, finance and economics
  • Strong accounting background
  • Several years of working experience preferably in large / global organizations
  • Good technical knowledge of MS office
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand complex environments
  • Self-motivation, quick learning and creative thinking
  • Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
