We specialize in the project planning, design and system integration of complex, highly individual heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems in the maritime sector. This also includes piping systems as well as switching, regulation and control systems. All mega yachts, river cruise ships, cruise ships and research vessels are now equipped with such unique systems.

Like any technology, our systems require regular maintenance and service by specialists. Our service team offers a wide range of services in collaboration with the Heinen & Hopman Group.

We are looking for an experienced service technician as soon as possible :

IT Manager / IT System Administrator (m / f / d)

Your tasks with us :

• Administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT systems and their optimization
• Installation and configuration of new systems and components as well as their further development
• Carrying out analyses and identifying problems and possible solutions
• 1st / 2nd / 3rd level support as well as error analysis and elimination
• Windows client administration
• Planning, implementation and operation of network management systems and security components
• Administration of IT network infrastructure (firewalls, routers and switches)
• Monitoring and maintenance of the interfaces / software used (DATEV, Lexware, Solid Works, AutoCad, etc.)
• Coordination of tasks with the system administrator of the shareholder Heinen & Hopman
• Purchasing IT products (hardware and software)
