Tasks

SAP Success Factors :

  • operates Performance & Goals modules in Success Factors for goal setting, goal achievement, talent review, reporting etc.
  • ensures new joiners have their goals sets according to MHP Romania goal system & career model
  • supports the calculation of the goal achievement and performance bonus
  • ensures colleagues returning from / leaving for maternity have their goals set / evaluated
  • offers guidance to employees and team leaders related to the system and HR processes

Annual Performance & Compensation processes :

  • assists the annual performance review, talent review, promotions & salary review processes
  • supports the preparation and sending of the bonus letters, promotions & salary letters

Internal documentation :

  • processes the employee documentation following the performance review
  • processes the by-annual project performance evaluation forms

Data analysis & reporting

  • support analysis and reporting related to exits, attrition and other HR indicators
  • reconciles employee reports between various system and tools

Communication

  • updates the content of the internal communication pages with information about the annual processes, models & timeline
  • interacts with other HR departments such as Learning, People Services, Talent Acquisition and the payroll provider on a need basis

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of work experience in HR, preferably in an Analyst role
  • Bachelors’ degree in Economics or related
  • Ms. Excel skills (upper intermediate), comfortable working with data and tools
  • Previous experience working with SAP HR modules / other HR system is an advantage
  • English skills (upper intermediate)
  • Team player with a high work ethics
