What you will do

Develop innovative solutions to our customers’ problems. You’ll build and debug novel software, make changes to existing software, and act as a senior member of a small, autonomous team.

• Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality software
• Review team members’ work and offer constructive feedback
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Take an active role in team planning, review, and retrospective events
• Work with team members to define systems architecture and approach
• Provide occasional on-call support
