In your role as IT Service and Requirements Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for the provision, support and continuous optimization of IT-supported services. You will also act as a central mediator and translator of requirements between the specialist departments and IT or external service providers.
Your tasks include :
You record, analyze and prioritize the requirements of the specialist departments. As a mediator, you translate the technical requirements into concepts for internal and / or external service providers and ensure that everyone involved has a common understanding.You advise the specialist departments on the optimal use of existing and / or new IT services to support their business processes.You develop solutions and specifications and support our specialist departments in optimizing their business processes.You ensure the smooth operation of IT services and monitor their quality and efficiency.You coordinate the implementation of adjustments and / or projects in close cooperation with internal teams and external service providers and act as a communication interface.
