BACKGROUND

Join our dynamic team as a freelance professional specializing in the Romanian market , where you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the plus-size fashion industry through strategic social media management, impactful influencer marketing, and compelling copywriting, all within a flexible, fully remote work arrangement spanning 10 to 15 hours per week.

YOUR MISSION

Social Media Management :

  • You will oversee our social channels (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Updating the content provided by the brand department
  • Prepare locally relevant content based on brand’s strategy and guidelines
  • Stories and reels creation
  • Strategy with focus on channel growth and engagement

    • Influencer Marketing :

  • Taking care of influencer cooperations (contracts, invoices, fee negotiations, checking the quality of content) and build long term relationships with them

    • Community Management :

  • Reply to comments, reviews and direct messages

    • Trend Research :

  • Keep up to date with the latest trends within social media

    • Reporting :

  • Monitor KPIs and report monthly to HQ

    • Translation / Copywriting :

  • Create high quality content in Romanian from source (AI translated) material while maintaining a strong marketing and fashion focus
  • Add a local touch to all our texts for the Romanian market (online shop, newsletters, ads, social media and others)

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • You have first-hand experience (2-5 years) as a social media manager and / or influencer marketing manager, preferably within the fashion or beauty sector.
  • Your writing skills in the Romanian language are excellent and you have experience in writing marketing texts (copywriting) within fashion
  • You are a native Romanian speaker with very good knowledge in English
  • You are available to work 10-15 hours per week (Important : daily availability is a must since some of the translations have a short deadline, and the community needs to be managed on an everyday basis)
  • As a person you are highly motivated and proactive in your everyday work. You have a great sense of responsibility for everything you do, and you take pride in always delivering on a high level in all you do
