Job description : We’re a digital agency expanding a health e-commerce brand into the Polish market. The product is a

  • clinically tested saline inhaler
  • used by people with chronic respiratory conditions.

We need a translator who can

  • adapt and localize content
  • not just translate. Tone should be
  • natural and clear
  • suitable for everyday people (not medical professionals).

    • Requirements :

  • Native Polish speaker
  • Experience translating
  • medical content
  • for public use OTC product pages, clinics, blogs)
  • Excellent English comprehension (C1+ passive)
  • Big plus, not compulsory) Knowledge of Romanian and ability to translate RO → PL

    • You’ll translate :

  • Website and landing page content
  • Ads (Meta)
  • FAQ and blog-style educational content
  • Video subtitles and messaging
  • Proofreading previously translated Polish texts

    • Commitment :

  • Immediate start : initial tasks include proofreading of some PL translated texts + batch of new ENG → PL texts
  • Long-term collaboration : 3–6 months minimum
  • Real-time communication via Slack
  • Flexible but fast-paced workflow – we may send multiple texts per day

    • Test :

    Two short texts to assess tone and accuracy :

  • Educational paragraph (with terminology)
  • Ad copy (natural, empathetic)

    • Optional : you may request payment for this.
