Role

As a member of the Transfer Pricing team you will ensure accurate transfer pricing technical advice for EY clients, as part of the TAX Service Line.

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare transfer pricing documentation, complex economic searches, transfer pricing planning analyses, applications for Advance Pricing Agreements
  • Draft transfer pricing technical advice, report / opinion outlining the technical issues, proposed solutions / next steps and implementation
  • Review global / regional / local transfer pricing documentation
  • Assist in all other aspects of transfer pricing projects such as transfer pricing controversy assistance
  • Participate in client interviews and discussions to identify and assess clients’ transfer pricing matters

Skills and attributes for success

  • Knowledge of English at an advanced level
  • Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • To qualify for the role you must have

  • A University or master’s degree with a specialization in Economics or Law
  • At least 1-3 years of transfer pricing experience
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of transfer pricing concepts according to the OECD guidelines and Romanian transfer pricing legislation

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Knowledge of Amadeus database, knowledge of Loan Connector / Bloomberg database is a plus
