Your main tasks

• You are responsible for the administration, control, optimization and support of Microsoft infrastructure solutions (Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Windows Server) and security software (antivirus, firewall, etc.)
• As part of these tasks, you will analyze errors and find solutions, also in cooperation with service providers and internal specialists
• In addition, you will support the continuous development of our IT operating processes, become part of project teams and assist with the introduction of new IT systems and technologies
• As first-level support, you will handle the concerns of our employees and ensure internal IT operations
