Regional Payroll Specialist
What can you expect?
Payroll Specialist with knowledge of France legislation.

What will your responsibilities be?
- Payroll calculation and preparing the monthly payments;
- Calculate final monthly time sheets, overtime, vacations, sick leave.
- Monthly reporting on personnel costs and payroll;
- Legal declaration;
- Keep informed on new legislation, collective bargaining agreements and local rules to be applied on payroll
- Process illness declarations and certificates
- Experience within ADP system it would be preferred
Additional responsibilities :
Update regularly the payroll rule bookGive explanations on payslip to employees, managersHave regular meetings with HR community and with Central Payroll teamBe an active member of central payroll team by demonstrating flexibility on different payroll system in place and by participating in new projectsImprove processes in placeBe familiar with HRIS tools in place (ex : Workday)Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?
University degree;Experience in payroll calculation more than 1 year;Organized and reliable person, with focus on details;Strong communication skills;Advanced level of English and French;Good MS Office skills.Which benefits do we offer?
