Office Location : Bucharest

Work location : Bucharest, for employees based in Bucharest 3 days / week at the office

Collaboration Type : Individual Labor Contract / B2B

Duration : 12 months, prolongation available

Salary : 5000 - 5300 ron net

Please note that only candidates based in Romania will be taken into consideration.

Tasks

  • Provide advice and guidance to the customer throughout the order processing cycle (email) and ensure that he is aware of their acceptance policy
  • Redirect and help resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Take action to solve and avoid recurring problems
  • Monitor orders that require customer consent for billing
  • To help maximize receipts on accounts at the end of the financial quarter, by collaborating with all parties involved
  • To regularly participate in meetings with customers partners / sellers and to lead the discussion in the operational field
  • Encourage partners / customers / sellers to use the systems provided
  • To proactively provide customers and sales representatives with the status of ongoing orders, especially those at risk of not being delivered in accordance with the agreed level of performance
  • To help teams solve problems caused by customers that affect orders, through direct collaboration with the partner / customer
  • Address issues related to orders and monitor the evolution
  • To work together with the Deal Manager on complex orders and manage the communication with the client / partner
  • Work with Account Operations Manager on actions that can improve operational experience
  • Ensure that the account operations manager (if applicable) is always informed of any operational issues of the account

Requirements

  • Experience in interacting with customers
  • Experience in collaborating with multiple countries / sub-regions
  • Fluency in English
  • Fluency in French
  • Customer orientation
  • Compliance with the agreed deadlines for each action
  • Ability to work independently with limited external assistance
  • Ability to accurately manage a large amount of work according to priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult conversations with stakeholders
