We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for an IT System / Monitoring / ITSM Engineer (German Speaking). This role is permanent position based in Zürich Canton & comes with good home office allowance.

Your Role :

  • Develop, introduce & continuously develop various monitoring disciplines based on a modern infrastructure monitoring platform.
  • Build monitoring disciplines such as cloud monitoring, application monitoring, service monitoring & IoT / OT device monitoring.
  • Act as a deputy in the area of infrastructure monitoring.
  • Implement business & customer requirements technically in monitoring & ITSM platforms & the CMDB
  • Continuously maintain & optimize a IaaS-based monitoring platform.

Your Skills :

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experiences in the areas of Monitoring, Automation & IT Service Management.
  • Experienced in all or most of the following : IT systems engineering, cloud monitoring, application monitoring, service monitoring & IoT / OT device monitoring.
  • Skilled & experienced in associated tools, ideally including in SMAX / UCMDB & Zabbix.

    • Your Profile :

  • Completed University Degree in the area of Computer Science or similar.
  • Ideally Zabbix & / or ITIL Certified.
  • Highly conceptual & strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & very good German language skills (to at least B2 Level) are mandatory requirements.
