Description
You will work as part of the ITAO Governance Team. This team brings together IT Application Owners (ITAOs), responsible for the management of specific applications, representatives from Risk&Control and from Information Security, to ensure transparency, best practice and pro-active application management.
Application governance involves a complex set of controls defined by e.g. CSO. Your role will be to act as the glue to pull together requirements from control owners – understand their needs, negotiate onboarding of control execution into a task management tool, work closely with development team to track onboarding. You also will be involved into ITAO related policies review where controls defined. For this, you will have initial experience as an ITAO / ITAM / SAM or working with ITAOs and an analytical mindset which will help you understand requirements and workflows and how and to what extent this might be automated.

Ideally, practical experience as Application Owner / IT Asset Manager / Software Asset ManagerUnderstanding of application related risk and issuesEnd-to-end experience of processes related to application governance / IT asset managementAutonomy : Works under broad direction. Work is often self-initiated. Is fully responsible for meeting allocated technical and / or project / supervisory objectives. Establishes milestones and has a significant role in the assignment of tasks and / or responsibilities.Previous experience analysing processes and workflowsTechnical Competencies : Business / functional analysis (Experienced)Project Management skills (Experienced)ITAO and / or DevOps background preferablyPro-active and a good communicator, as you will be dealing with a broad base of stakeholders within the ITAO community, CSO and other parts of TDIPreferably knowledge about Governance, Risk and Compliance or Integrated Control FrameworksPreferably industry certification or knowledge IT Asset ManagementFluency in English both verbally and in writingHow we’ll support you
