Mission

Mission :

We will be in charge of a 3 years complex transformation program for a large bank, composed by a concentration phase where we will be taking over the current contracts, a transition phase where we will reorganize the teams including nearshore and offshore components and a transformation phase where we will change the delivery models and we will apply new technologies such as GenAI, automation, low code.

The delivery manager will report directly to the Global Program Director whereas the transition manager will report into the Global Transition Director and the PMO will be linked to the Global PMO.

Responsibilities :

  • We are looking for a Delivery manager (DM) to be dedicated to one of the entities we will have in charge. The DM will be responsible for the delivery end-to-end and will be the counterpart of the client’s CIO / Entity’s manager.
  • The DM will be in charge to work hands in hands with the Transition manager to organize and execute the transitions phases, knowledge transfers, and go live of the teams.
  • He / She will also work closely with the sourcing team to supervise the recruitment and the creation of the teams.
  • The DM will supervise the handover from the incumbents, the sourcing mix setup and will sync with the nearshore and offshore delivery management to have full ownership on the delivery, as he / she will be the only accountable for the quality of the delivery within the organization and in front of the client.
  • The DM, with the support of his PMO, will manage the internal and external comitology, communication plans, KPIs, and PnL
  • The nature of the delivery activities can be : Time and Material, on client premises or on our premises, Project based, agile and or waterfall.

  • Good command in French and English
