We are seeking toappointan HR Specialist

for our location in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

The Role

In this exciting and variedrole, you will :

Payroll : Preparation and implementation of the payroll process
Personnel administration : personnel files, employment contracts
Recruitment : determining requirements, job advertisements, support for department manager on the process, personnel selection and recruitment etc.
Support with HR projects and initiatives
Preparation of key figures and creation of presentations and reports
Contact person for personnel in all matters

ThePerson

To succeed in thisroleyou willhave :

3 years of professional experience in HR administrative

Solid knowledge of labor, social and wage tax low

Strong communication skills in Romanian and English language
