Senior Inside Sales Specialist

Join us as a Senior Inside Sales Specialist and be the responsible for end to end quote-to-order delivery to customers across various process industries (such as Life Sciences, Chemical, Energy, Power and Renewables) and support Emerson sales teams in the pursuit of new business opportunities.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• To ensure understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement or expectation from customers or company’s collaborators through remote communication or site visits;
• To take ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Quote-to-Order scope delivery, following the standard process; ensure the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed; proactively apply methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality; ensure collaborators are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
• To acquire, maintain, and actively share knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization; support on-the-job development of other Inside Sales Specialists;
• Properly manages the relationship with all involved parties
