OfficeTimeline is a timeline maker built for office professionals, right inside Microsoft Power Point. Its powerful data abstraction capabilities allow you to translate complex, technical data to beautiful, easy-to-understand visuals, within a fraction of the time. OfficeTimeline aims to help mid-level executives and project managers and in general any information worker create stunning visuals to be used in presentations for the clients, upper-level management and peers.

2. Position Description
You would be sitting with the development team, drastically improving our ability to quickly produce best in class UXes. We are on a mission to and in the business of producing the world’s most beautiful, elegant, and highly functional project visualization / management solutions. We need someone full-time to help us accomplish that mission and get us closer to that end goal with every single release.
2.1. Responsibilities
Proactively contribute to the product’s value through ideas and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with product ownership, business analysis, development, visual design
Follow a step-based collaborative UX process, while owning and managing your own tasks
Plan and conduct regular research sessions
Develop design explorations, wireframes and prototypes to illustrate your work
Lead meetings to present the result of your work and drive decisions forward
2.2. Previous Experience & Core Skills
3-5+ years of UX design experience, ideally in a product-oriented environment
Experience with product discovery, scoping needs and developing UX concepts
Experience with user research and conducting user interviews
Know-how regarding wireframes, mid-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
Ability to detail behavior specs and articulate design decisions based on research findings
Ability to find solutions while taking in account both user needs and business objectives
Strong autonomous judgment and problem-solving abilities
Strong empathy and passion for great usability
Excellent communication skills, very good English language skills.

Knowledge of analytics, data analysis and quantitative research
Experience using Figma

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent University
