As we are constantly growing, we are looking for a new colleague  passionate about sustainability,  eager to start his / her journey in shaping the sustainable transformation of companies across industries.

As part of our dynamic team, you will :

  • Assist in sustainability reporting projects in line with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
  • Support the team in conducting materiality assessments and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support the team in calculating CO2 emissions and weight in your inputs in developing transition plans
  • Perform benchmarking, data analysis, and research on sustainability trends and regulatory updates.

What we need from you for this job :

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (final year or graduate) in Environmental Science / Engineering (represents a plus), Economics, Biology or a related field.
  • Interest in sustainability, climate risk, and ESG reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Romanian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or ESG software tools is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
