We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Romanian team to expand our portfolio of accounts in the EMEA region and to contribute, with the network, skills, and experience, to SoftServe Romania's success and growth.

IF YOU ARE

  • Possessing an engineering background
  • Successfully driving the conversation about projects, solutions, and offerings, with clients' technicians
  • Proficient in establishing consistent project management processes within the project
  • Experienced in running programs or fix-price projects for enterprise client
  • Professional working in an Agile environment, managing changes in scope, schedule, or budget
  • Having strong communication skills, establishing proper communication with the client's technical team, product owner, and project stakeholders
  • Used to build Account Governance Model
  • Experienced in motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates
  • Proficient in mitigation of conflicts and communication problems arising within services
  • Encountered staffing the team, building the team from scratch, and defining proper team composition to successful project delivery
  • Proficient in identifying the resources required for successful project execution, such as hardware, software, and infrastructure
  • An advanced German speaker, well-versed in the language for business-related needs
  • An expert in the automotive or manufacturing domain (would be a plus)

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Provide project status reports to the stakeholders in business language, while communicating on technical aspects of the project with architects and the engineering leadership team
  • Define and document project goals and objectives
  • Build the communication plan, stakeholder register, and Governance model, monitor, and control communication, facilitate team meetings
  • Oversee the team on a day-to-day basis within the SCRUM framework
  • Manage project scope, maintaining timely identification of scope changes, analyzing their impact on schedule and budget, and proper communication to Change Review Board and project stakeholders
  • Perform risk assessment, define dependencies and assumptions
  • Review technical specifications and architecture documentation
  • Facilitate communication with the architecture team on identified discrepancies or potential risks
  • Review team performance, timely identify, and remove roadblocks on the team's way to success
  • Collect metrics and report project performance to key stakeholders
  • Engage team in continuous improvement of performance and efficiency
  • Manage client's expectations : monitor and contribute to the increase of CSAT, achievement of project goals
  • Ensure the effectiveness of the project team structure, manage team satisfaction
