The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Establishing long term goals as well as quarterly and annual business objectives and developing high quality business strategies and plans to deliver these.
- Managing the P&L and driving the business toward the achievement of business objectives.
- Ensuring that the Company's operations are consistent with its overall strategy and mission and fostering a strong organisational culture in line with the company's values.
- Representing the Company with clients, investors and business partners.
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly / monthly targets as set out by the business.
Ideal Profile
You have at least 4 years experience within a Country Head / General Manager or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.You have a proven track record of meeting / exceeding your targets.You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou are willing to undertake more than 60% travel.What's on Offer?
