Conducting internal team training with a focus on databases and actively sharing know-how (#SOS)

Building knowledge in 3rd level support (3LS) and promoting shared team knowledge to further develop the team

Working closely with 3rd level support, specialist departments and other teams to continuously improve service quality

You play a central role as a link between your team and 3rd level support

What you bring with you :

First experience in support : you know how to solve problems - efficiently, in a structured manner and with a focus on customer satisfaction

Database professional : Proven knowledge in the administration of SQL databases, preferably also with more complex challenges

Professional experience counts, not the degree : You have relevant practical experience, whether with or without a degree

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
