Descrierea postuluiDrives continuous improvements to existing manufacturing processes and provides support for their implementation. Success in this role requires an end2end understanding of the manufacturing process Actively participates in factory improvement projects and makes proposals to optimize technological processes Able to identify root causes of problems and to propose and implement appropriate actions Optimizes raw & pack material flow and the logistics of the factory Supervises improvement projects implementation Analyze losses & waste and propose improvement solutions to eliminate them Part of FAT team (Factory Acceptance Testing) for the implemented projects Project leading for reduction of non-value-added activities Establish and maintain appropriate KPI’s to check actual conditions vs. target, as well as to determine and measure the impact of implemented improvements Develops training programmes in accordance with Annual professional training plan and delivers training sessions to the teams A career opportunity within a dynamic and constantly growing multinational environment A professional and team-oriented work environment.
Profile :
- University Degree in Technical Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy : MS Office, MS Project
- Team spirit
- Fluent in English
- Technical creativity embedded within project management
- Able to work within tight deadlines, to propose and implement solutions for improving the performance of production lines
