IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced with Workato for over 2 years
  • Possessing more than 10 years of software development experience
  • Skilled in enterprise software development, frameworks, and architecture within Java or Python stacks
  • Proficient in integrating, customizing, and configuring various tools, including modules, applications, APIs, services, and data flows
  • Knowledgeable in cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure
  • Experienced with integration and API management platforms like Mulesoft, Apigee, Dell Boomi, Kong, Microsoft Azure, or AWS
  • Capable of developing and delivering prototypes and proofs of concept
  • Thoroughly understanding technology ecosystems, including their advantages and disadvantages, available modules, and libraries, with hands-on experience
  • Experienced in presales activities and proposal preparation
  • Skilled in designing and defining quality attributes and technical drivers, and developing application- and solution-scale systems. Familiar with architecture modeling tools such as unified modeling language (UML)
  • Experienced in creating technical specifications or architecture visions, including quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, and technical and system requirements
  • Proven in leading small teams of engineers, including task decomposition, mentoring, providing support, and effective communication
  • Understanding the roles of other stakeholders in design, decision-making, selling, and implementation
  • Willing to learn new technologies, whether related to the core technology stack or new, emerging technologies
  • Capable of communicating and advocating for proposed technical solutions
  • Competent in estimating efforts and justifying them to customers and delivery organizations, securing buy-in from various parties
  • Positive-minded and flexible, handling multitasking and dynamic environments with rapidly changing priorities
  • Understanding flows and integration scenarios in the retail and supply chain domain, such as order fulfillment scenarios, financial payments, and transaction processing
