Located in the heart of Hanover, HIS Hochschul-lnformations-System eG is a software company that develops IT solutions for over 200 universities in Germany. What tasks will I take on?
- Consulting : As a contact person for universities in the area of financial management, you will process support requests via our ticket system. You will independently develop solutions and workarounds for professional and technical problems and document them carefully.
- Requirements management : You receive requirements for further development and prepare them for the product development process in coordination with the universities and consultants.
- Quality assurance : You support quality assurance by diagnosing errors, discussing them with our software development team and retesting the corrections.
What is expected of me?
Completed studies : Successfully completed studies in one of the STEM subjects or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in the IT environmentPractical experience : Ideally already gained practical experience in application support, support or with commercial softwareSpecialist knowledge : Knowledge of database architecture as well as SQL and a high affinity for ITTeamwork and communication : Solution-oriented approach and effective teamwork as well as excellent communication skillsLanguage : German as the company language is not an obstacleWhat does HIS eG offer me?
