DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Since its set-up in 2013, Bucharest Technology Centre (BEX) has constantly proven its capacity to deliver global technology products and services, playing a dynamic role in the Bank’s technology transformation.

The goal of TDI Engineering Platforms and Practices is to enable the enterprise governance for the development process within Deutsche Bank. We will put an engineering mindset at the forefront of the decision-making process and will establish and embed the engineering best practice across the IT teams.

As a Full-stack Developer , you will be joining the Strategy and Transformation group working on Developer Experience and Productivity tooling which supports discovery and promotion of engineering practices across the entire organization. You will be responsible for designing and enhancing our tool suite supporting DORA, SPACE and DevEx frameworks and working to promote Engineering Culture through supporting strategies and experimentation. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future technology and culture of our firm.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full development cycle of our flagship Developer productivity tooling
• Working directly with divisional leaders to elicit requirements
• Understanding the divisional practices and recommending modern techniques backed by data and proved through experimentation (of your design)
• Work with other development teams that use our framework and container APIs
• Developing supporting materials (software, training materials, workshops) to guide adoption and measurement (KPIs)
