Descrierea postuluiValidate Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract draft, check from legal and compliance the contracts signing. Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in NOLS as per the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely manner Assures interface between support sales, support business, delivery organizations, process development and the customer Assures that the contracts are handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of view Keeping the systems up to date from a contract administration stand point and assume responsibility for the quality measures of the data in the systems Takes ownership in solving the reported mismatches Provide resolution to all queries coming from internal stakeholders (Commercial, Back office, credit and order delivery teams) Enhance the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement ideas Ensure all process controls are effectively implemented and all key performance indicators reach the targeted level Facilitate training sessions within the team in order to maintain business continuity

Requirements :
- University degree / diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, an ability to solve a problem with a win-win negotiation approach
- English (advanced reading and writing)
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools would be an advantage
