The Sales Operations Specialist ,being an integral part of Juniper EMEA Services Sales team, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of service renewal business and providing essential support in driving attainment of assigned team quota. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for creating and managing renewal quotes and accountable for quote quality and delivery within the agreed SLA. This includes all related administrative tasks, proactive quoting for the upcoming expiring service and subscription contracts, reactive quoting, database and tool management and data analysis.
This position relies on a detailed knowledge of tools, systems, processes, and policies related to renewal quoting, entitlement, and service delivery.
