Could you be the full-time Project Planner in Bucharest we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your scheduling and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Adrian and work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in developing and updating project schedules, collecting and analyzing time-related project information, and supporting decision-making processes to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including internal and external stakeholders, aligning schedules and managing project documentation, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of creating and optimizing project schedules, but also advising teams on time-related contractual disputes and risk mitigation strategies.

We’ll look to you for :

Developing and updating schedules for projects of varying criticality

Effectively communicating time-related project information

Advising project teams to achieve On Time Delivery (OTD) performance

Influencing the development and alignment of schedules with stakeholders

Managing project scheduling documentation

Leading tender schedule preparation and execution strategies

Organizing and leading schedule review sessions

Performing delay analyses and supporting time-related contractual disputes

All about you

Engineering or Business degree

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a full-time planning and scheduling role

Experience in industrial or construction sectors

Proficiency in at least one scheduling tool (e.g., OdyC, Primavera) and familiarity with another (e.g., Kinaxis, MS Project)

Advanced skills in MS Excel or other data analysis tools

Knowledge of scheduling theory, methods (e.g., EVM), and time-related contractual obligations

Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset

Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and guide teams

Basic understanding of railway industry products and technologies
