As a Senior Engineer in PDK Development, you implement runsets for in-house package technologies, align with technology development, manage requirements, ensure quality, create documentation, conduct trainings, and support global product development teams.

In your new role you will :

• Implement Calibre DRC Physical Verification runsets for our in-house package technologies
• Align and plan implementation closely with Infineon’s technology development departments to realize the latest technology requirements into the Backend Assembly Physical Verification checks
• Manage the alignment of requirements with the technology team and develop the design rules together as a team.
• Be responsible for automated quality assurance checks
• Create user documentation and conduct trainings
• Support the global product development teams in the creation of their designs
