Role Contribution :
Central to this role is managing between 1 and 4 projects (depending on their size) with the help of a dedicated project team, ensuring their timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant completion.
Responsibilities :
- plan and manage the project of a large-scale photovoltaic farm considering deadlines, quality, and costs
- identify and assess project-related risks and take actions to minimize their occurrence
- manage project resources – human, financial, and material – and allocate them appropriately for the project
- communicate with the client and all other stakeholders – internal and external – regarding project progress, changes, and potential issues
- be responsible for project documentation and reporting, ensuring its timeliness, and analyzing the resulting data
- ensure that necessary tests and inspections take place before the photovoltaic system is launched
Requirements :
excels in strategy, planning, management, and executing expected actionsenjoys working from home as much as business trips - you spend 30% to 50% of your work time on the project, depending on the project's stageholds degree in technical fields - energy, construction, or related disciplinehas at least 2 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry as a Project Manager (with a minimum capacity of 10MW)has experience in working with subcontractors and the project teamhas fluency in Englishhas the B category driving licenseWhat they offer :
