We are looking for a system administrator for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' computer systems and servers.

Job responsibilities :

1. Technical Support and Advising :

  • Support and advise our customers on technical issues related to system administration.
  • Provide user support for the operation of our Infoma new system software solution.

2. Technical Services :

  • Perform technical services for customers, including managing Microsoft SQL servers and databases.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues promptly.

    • 3. Stay Current with Technology :

  • Keep up-to-date with new technologies and solutions in the cloud and mobility environment.
  • Assist and support customers in adopting these technologies.

    • 4. Benefits and More :

  • Take part in implementing the company’s products, from analysis to the deliverable product, using agile processes.
  • Identify the proper solution for implementing the requirements, using the Microsoft as well as other web technologies : AL Language, PowerShell, Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Implement, test and maintain the application according to the written standards and guidelines
  • Develop and maintain innovative e-Government solutions in a creative team
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

    • Job Requirements :

  • Graduate of IT university or student in final year
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for technology and its impact on business
  • Approach technical challenges with a consulting mindset
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Work independently, taking ownership of tasks
  • Maintain a high level of self-motivation.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and best practices
  • Proficient in German (both written and spoken)
  • SQL and PowerShell Knowledge
  • High team and communication skills
  • Be structured and goal-oriented.
  • Aspire to contribute to the digital working world of tomorrow.
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a related field.
  • Alternatively, possess several years of professional experience in IT consulting.
  • Proficiency in German is required due to our international clientele.

    • Nice skills to have

  • Experience in one of the following fields : PowerShell, System Administration, IT Operations
