Requirements Who we are looking for
- Academic qualifications : university degree preferably in finance, accounting or mathematics and / or combination; qualification studies (ACCA, CFA) in progress
- 3 or more years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit or due diligence assignments, preferably with an international professional services firm
- Previous experience in financial due diligence and audit is considered as the primary focus in terms of knowledge and exposure
- Detail-oriented, logical, and organized
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately under time pressure
- Ability to interpret and present results, work unsupervised with attention to details
- Strong report-writing skills, including advanced use of MS Office tools
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Appetite for varied project work and a desire to contribute to a highly successful M&A team
Your future role
As a Senior Associate of the FA Transaction Services team , you will need to :
Have an understanding of the Target business and its driversIdentify key risks in the TargetComment with respect to quality of assets and liabilitiesComment with respect to quality of earningsComment with respect to quality of recurring cash flowsIdentify liabilities that can significantly impact the dealsIdentify issues likely to affect the Sale & Purchase agreementMain responsibilities include :
Participation in due diligences and investigationsAnalyzing business to identify key drivers of financial performanceParticipate in client and target meetings, proposal / pitching stageProject Management with a focus on due diligence projectsReport drafting and presentation of results to Manager / clientsAbility to discuss with legal and tax teams in order to exchange informationBuilding relationships with clients, daily communicationWhat we offer
