Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and an energized Junior Sales Development Executive to join our SMB team in Romania. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for clients by supporting both the delivery process and sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between clients, sales teams, and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate order processing, and exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Own the end-to-end sales development process (pre / post sales)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
  • Resolve delivery issues, delays, or complaints with a customer-first mindset.
  • Analyze and interpret sales data + NielsenIQ portfolio data
  • Deliver final reports and presentations (category analysis) building a story and recommendations
  • Assist the sales team with quote preparation, and client follow-ups.
  • Contact leads to set up appointments for senior members of the sales team
  • Make outbound calls / emails and call on marketing-generated inbound leads
  • Support invoicing and billing processes in collaboration with the finance team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience and proven sales results (Preferably in Market Research / Sales / Marketing / Trade Marketing) - Related industries include : Consumer Packaged Goods, Consultative Sales, B2B
  • Native Romanian + good client service skills and ability to communicate and write effectively in English
  • The ideal candidate is competitive, energetic, passionate, and aggressive in their pursuit of excellence
  • Proven experience in customer service or sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoints (, MSD)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
