In the role of Supply Chain & Demand Planning Manager, you’ll be integral to the success of our teams in Romania and Moldova. Your responsibilities will include being a main strategic partner and a focal point for the sales team and the Country Manager regarding all their needs related to the Integrated Business Planning.

How You’ll Help Us Grow?

  • Support the South Europe Region Supply Chain Business Partner in all forecasting related activities, with a focus on KPI’s analysis, forecast adjustments, Demantra activities and inventory tracking.
  • Facilitate local Demand Management Review.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to build and maintain sales forecasts within the Demantra planning system.
  • Ensure efficient collaboration with internal (intercompany) suppliers to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee the full cooperation and supply with third-party suppliers, working with local Project Leads to define the business case, manage the approval process from key regional stakeholders, and lead the SKU creation process and Master Data Management for both supplier and customer activities.
  • Work with the warehouse providers on annual contracts with a focus on enhancing cost efficiency and strategically manage the footprint.
  • Coordinate contracts and activities with transport companies, focusing on OTIF and cost efficiency, with support from Customer Service.
  • Manage inventory KPIs, shelf-life tracking, FEFO processes, write-off procedures, and annual physical inventories.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor repacking / re-labelling activities at local Tollers with a focus on cost efficiency and OTIF performance.
  • Responsible for the artwork database creation and maintenance (Square si Digital Label Compliance), collaborating with printing house representatives to integrate rebranding efforts in the artwork segment, with support from Digital Marketing.
  • Responsible for the relationship with local Environmental Authorities (Reports on stock availability, Environmental Authorization of rented warehouses – annual visa, etc).
  • Represent the company’s interests in AIPROM-related working groups in Romania and Moldova.
  • Is the back-up of any related activities in Oracle for Customer Service team.

Could This Be You?

We’re looking for a highly organized, process-oriented individual with a proven track record of minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operational Supply Chain and Demand Planning. Are you aware of the basic concepts on demand and supply planning such as forecast, inventory, safety stock, S&OP / IBP?

Also, you would need to have advanced knowledge of MS Excel, good general computer literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage.

Do you have a higher agricultural, economic or related education and have a good command of English both verbal and written? If so, we are waiting for you!
