Your responsibilities :
Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and monthly sales forecastsAssist in preparing sales reports by various dimensions (customer, channel, category)Support with customer bonuses calculationParticipate in the annual stock tacking processPrepare CAPEX reportsPrepare inventory reports and reconcile warehouse inventory levels vs. accounting inventory levelsPrepare details for revenue invoices to be issuedReconcile expense invoices received vs. budget approval requestsControl accuracy of employees’ expense reportsSupport internal audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and proceduresReview and ensure all financial transactions are properly documentedAssist in reviewing and improving existing financial processes and workflowsHelp document processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyYour profile :
