Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience working with large volumes of data and implementing data warehousing projects.
  • Good knowledge of Spark and Python.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders in converting requirements into solutions.
  • Familiarity with compliance-based environments and experience in building compliant software solutions.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Azure Databricks and Delta Lake.
  • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Nice to have :

  • Working knowledge of Fivetran.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and build solutions to derive data insights.
  • Utilize expertise in data warehousing concepts to work with large volumes of data to perform analysis and provide recommendations to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines on Azure Databricks, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Delta Lake on Databricks.
  • Manage and maintain data in the Lakehouse medallion architecture.
  • Build BI dashboards using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Utilize advanced SQL knowledge to work with relational and NoSQL databases and familiarity with various database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Cosmos).
  • Design and implement robust data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and deploy compliant software solutions in a compliance-based environment.
  • Exhibit Spark, Python, and SQL proficiency to manage and manipulate data bugs effectively.
