We are an efficient and future-oriented social security service provider with more than 3,600 employees. As a regional provider of German pension insurance, we are responsible for the administrative districts of Upper Bavaria, Lower Bavaria and Upper Palatinate. At our locations in Landshut and Munich, we are a competent and reliable point of contact for around 2.9 million insured persons, employers and 1 million pensioners.

To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 150 employees, we are currently looking for a

Consultant IT Security / IT Security Consultant (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

  • IT security consulting and documentation (advising the IT service areas on the derivation of IT security guidelines, continuous review of IT security guidelines and advice on adjustments to the basic IT security concept)
  • Risk and emergency management (support for internal risk and emergency management and development and implementation of IT-based security measures)
  • IT security incident management
  • Central contact person for the SSW SOC (Regional Competence Center IT Security)
  • Coordination of IT security in the supra-regional IT network
  • Conceptualization and improvement of internal IT security and data protection processes

Your profile :

  • Successfully completed university studies in the field of computer science or a comparable field of study, alternatively

    • Successfully completed further training in the field of IT

  • several years of relevant experience in the field of IT
  • Task-relevant professional experience required
  • Very good analytical, logical, structured and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to translate business logic into IT processes
  • Independent familiarization with complex tasks
  • Presentation and moderation skills
  • Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
  • Convincing, authoritative and confident demeanor
  • Team and communication skills
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German
