Knowledge of computer literacy – MS Office

Previous experience is an advantage

Main responsibilities :

Tests and checks phone records and their quality

Follows the protocol compliance and indicators for each campaign

Ensures that procedures are followed for each record verified

Checks the information and answer regarding the analyzes requested

Prepares reports based on checks and analyzes carried out
