Your profile should look like this :

Degreed in : Economical Engineering; Economical Science; Statistics or similar domain

Language : English - advanced

Specific knowledge : Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Bi; Human Resources; Compensations

What will you do in your day-to-day job :

You provide guidance as appropriate on recruitment proposals, variable pay, out-of-cycle promotions & increases, retention agreements.

You contribute to annual compensation and benefits planning including budget recommendations and compensation training for managers.

You perform analysis on base pay market positioning, salary range structures and benefits to ensure market competitiveness

You provide timely and accurate reporting to the various stakeholders as needed.

You develop materials to be presented to stakeholders and leadership teams.

You analyze organizational structures under scope, promoting a progressive standardization in Tenaris.
