Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Trade Compliance Manger located in Flex Timisoara .
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do :
- You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to identify, prioritize and execute Trade Policy;
- Have in depth knowledge of import / export laws, regulations, policies and procedures;
- Good knowledge of CBAM regulations and eTransport;
- Strong experience in managing the Authorized Economic Operator qualification at factory level.;
- Support relationships with Government and Trade authorities as needed;
- Develop and deploy audit / assessment programs and drives Action Plans to achieve full Compliance to laws and regulations;
- Administer strategic and tactical plans and objectives for Trade Compliance;
- Develop and deliver training programs;
- Drive strategies and initiatives at the site level to deliver Global Trade Cost Savings initiatives;
- Define requirements for IT Solutions that support Trade activities.
Here is some of what you’ll need :
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience and training;Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience, including management;Ability to read, analyze and interpret the technical journals, financial reports and legal documents;Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community;Ability to effectively communicate information to top management and external parties.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide :
