As a solution engineer, you have the chance to develop in a very broad spectrum, ranging from product expertise, customer interaction, communication and general IT market knowledge. Successful Solutions Engineers are highly talented individuals that develop and combine business knowledge with product expertise and have the possibility to develop a career in many different IT (and non-IT) functions. Also, they act as business partners within the Solution Engineering eco-system and are seen as trusted advisors by the Sales Community.

Oracle Sales guides sellers with intelligent recommendations to help them focus on the most valuable prospects at the right time. These machine learning-based CRM selling tools center around clean, complete customer data from internal and external sources that sellers can trust.

The candidate we are looking for has solid professional experience in CX and ideally have expertise with Oracle’s CX Cloud suite, with focus on Sales & Service  product area :

  • Good techno-functional skills in Oracle Fusion Applications in CX area
  • Should be aware of Sales, Service Business flows and sales product catalogue knowledge
  • Should be a quick learner of other Oracle CX Cloud components
  • Excellent team player, willing to learn new technologies & problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in Application Composer, groovy scripting good to know
  • Good to know Fusion CPQ, Subscription Management and Incentive Compensation

The candidate should have experience on / worked with CX software products (preferably : worked for implementation or support) as Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel etc. and has a strong customer focus. He or she is comfortable in delivering presentations and is always looking to raise the bar of own skills and competencies.
