We are looking for a full-time employee with immediate effect as
Team leader (m / f / diverse) IT service
These are your activities
- Operational management of the IT service department (user support, workplace management, ticket system)
- Technical management of a small team with the prospect of expansion and further development
- Responsibility for managing and prioritizing incoming tickets (first / second level)
- Ensuring smooth IT operations at our locations
- Further development of service processes and establishment of a service-oriented IT culture
- Close cooperation with IT management and other sub-areas (infrastructure, applications, digitalization)
- Collaboration in modernization projects (e.g. roll-out software distribution, introduction of automation, new service processes)
