Job description

Requirements :

6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware administration and development, with a focus on Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic Server, and Identity Management.
Certified Oracle Fusion Middleware 12c Administrator. (will be a plus)
Certified Oracle SOA Suite 12c Developer. (will be a plus)
Expertise in middleware architecture, performance tuning, high availability, and security.
Experience designing and implementing multiple SOA and BPM solutions for telecommunications, retail, and transportation clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware components, including Oracle SOA Suite, WebLogic Server, and Identity Management, to support critical business operations for the mining company.

Design and implement middleware architectures tailored to the specific needs and challenges of the mining industry, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Optimize middleware performance and ensure high availability to minimize disruptions to operations in a demanding mining environment.

Enforce security measures and best practices across middleware components to protect sensitive data and comply with industry regulations.

Develop and deploy SOA and BPM solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency in supply chain management and asset tracking areas.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement middleware integrations with existing systems and applications.

Mentor and train junior team members to build expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies and best practices.
