Quality Assurance and Internal Control Specialist (m / f / d)

What you will enjoy doing

• Create a knowledge base for quality assurance crossprocesses
• Integrate advanced quality analytics tools / best practicesto proactively monitor trends and identify deviations from established qualitybenchmarks
• Design, implement, and monitor internal control systemsto ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular checks or audits, identify risks, andrecommend improvements to mitigate vulnerabilities in processes
• Document, update, and maintain workflows, SOPs, andrelated process documentation for accuracy and efficiency
• Develop quality KPIs, provide support for dashboardsdesign, and track progress
• Establish periodic reviews of key quality processes toensure scalability and adaptability to business growth
