- Identify areas prone to automation within QA workflows
- Stay updated on Game Engine and Automation-related developments, tools and techniques
- Provide regular, clear status updates to Automation stakeholders
- Define and monitor key Automation QA metrics to track initiatives progress
- Escalate identified risks to your QA Lead and QA Manager and follow up on their mitigation

- 1+ years’ experience writing and analyzing C# code (for Unity automation purposes)
- 1+ years’ experience working with Blueprints and / or C++ in Unreal Engine (can understand engine logic and create automation hooks)
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience with Python (test scripting, data handling, automation frameworks)
- Experience designing, implementing, and executing automated test cases for engine-level or gameplay-level features
- Ability to work autonomously on technical QA tasks (e.g., script development and maintenance, test integration, script bot actions)
- Good overall understanding of Gaming Production & Delivery pipelines
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, especially in test automation and continuous testing
- Adaptable communication skills, used to collaborating with developers, technical artists, and QA stakeholders
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, growth mindset, problem-solving, solution oriented
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards
- Familiarity with build pipelines and CI / CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) is considered a plus

Gameloft Bucharest's Profile
Landmark Games for Everyone
Gameloft Bucharest was created in 2000 with a passion for games that spawned 44 titles for all platforms, from PC to consoles and mobile devices. Our games, made 100% in Romania, are recognized and praised by our players and by the industry.
We take pride in our titles, from N.O.V.A. — introduced onstage during the 2010 Apple Keynote as the first iPad game ever — to FPS benchmarks such as Modern Combat — with over 184 million downloads — & Sniper Fury, with over 109 million downloads.
We continue our tradition of releasing exciting games, with titles such as Gangstar New York and Sniper Champions.

Gameloft Bucharest has always been one of the frontrunners and standard-bearers in the industry. We create games from design and development to quality assurance.
We also develop and maintain a vast array of services and tools used in all our studios, thanks to our collective technical teams, which offer a great opportunity for a career in IT. BI, Marketing and Advertising have a strong presence in our studio, with creative people and support teams assisting Gameloft studios all over the world.
Growing Talents
We are a creative place where talents can have a significant impact on the games. We fight to find top talents and provide them with freedom and equal opportunities.
We are increasing diversity and dissenting opinions in our ranks, giving chances where none were given before.
We believe in education! We invest in it by closely working with high schools and universities, hosting studio visits, sponsoring the National Informatics Olympiad for Gymnasium and organizing a summer school for students.
