We are currently seeking a Games Presenter Team Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of few years in the IGaming industry and also Team Management. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Position : Games Presenter Team Manager

Location : Bucharest, Romania

Employment Type : Full-Time, on site

Remuneration : Base salary

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide continuous guidance and support to team members to foster their personal and professional development.
Supervise team operations ensuring adherence to company policies, including attendance tracking and performance management.
Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment by encouraging open communication and regular team interactions.
Identify individual and team learning needs, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate growth and training.
Support organizational objectives through effective training and development initiatives.
Ensure consistent delivery of services aligned with company values, policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements

Native or fluent in English(C1).

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related position.

Relevant academic background in management or related fields is preferred.

Experience in the industry is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

Leadership abilities and experience in team development.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
