Job descriptionOrganizarea si tinerea contabilitatii societatii conform legislatiei in vigoare; - Verificarea si inregistrarea documentelor contabile in programul Nexus de evidenta contabila; - Verificarea conturilor de clienti si furnizori si a platilor; - Inregistrarea documentelor justificative (facturi, chitante, extrase cont, etc); - Intocmirea si verificarea registrului de casa, efectuarea de incasari si plati; - Efectuarea de operatiuni specifice inchiderilor contabile lunare; - Pregatirea declaratiilor si raportarilor periodice, lunare, trimestriale, semestriale si anuale; - Verificare si intocmire deconturi salariati; - Intocmirea de rapoarte si situatii specifice activitatii financiar - contabile.

Cerintele jobului : - Studii de specialitate / Stiinte economice;
- Experienta pe un post similar;
- Sa detina cunostinte din legislatia aplicabila in domeniul financiar-contabil;
- Capacitatea de analiză, profesionalism, calităţi previzionale;- Capacitatea de a respecta termenele de lucru;
- Orientare spre indeplinirea obiectivelor;
- Atentie la detalii, ambitie si dorinta de a progresa;
- Sa detina cunostinte de operare PC - MS Office (Excel – Mediu / Avansat);
- Cunoasterea programului SAGA reprezinta un avantaj.
