AWS / Azure Cloud Engineer will be responsible for assessing our IT infrastructure to help plan and deploy our ongoing cloud migration. You will also oversee the migration process and design, maintain, and monitor the new system, as well as configuring hybrid connectivity between on-site systems and the cloud environment. The main responsibility is to configure cloud management services on AWS / Azure in the organization. Further it need to manage and monitor numerous AWS / Azure services that are involved, +3 years of experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems. Experienced provisioning, operating, and maintaining systems running on AWS / Azure. Deploying, managing, and operating scalable, highly available.
YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
Manage and administer the AWS / Azure cloud environment, including provisioning, configuration, performance monitoring, policy governance and securityDesign, develop, and implement highly available, multi-region solutions within AWS / AzureAnalyze existing operational standards, processes, and / or governance to identify and implement improvementsMigrate existing infrastructure services to cloud-based solutionsManage security and access controls of cloud-based solutionsDevelop infrastructure as code (IaC) leveraging cloud native tooling to ensure automated and consistent platform deploymentsDevelop and implement policy driven data protection best practices to ensure cloud solutions are protected from data lossSupport cloud adoption of applications as they are being transformed and / or modernizedEnsure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and capacity standardsParticipate in a 24 / 7 on-call rotation to address and resolve technical escalationsUnderstand the metrics and also monitor the overall usage of several AWS / Azure resourcesMaintain the backups of these resources via regular on-premises backups with the help of different AWS / AZURE servicesReduce the production time necessary to deploy the infrastructure for automationMake necessary improvements in resources and also work on resource tagging to designate plans and costs for governance, reporting, and budgetingManaging the complete AWS / AZURE life cycle, along with security, provisioning, and automationAdministrating and establishing the architecture of multi-tier systemsFine-tuning and configuring various cloud infrastructuresPerforming services such as kernel patching, errata patching, and software upgradesCreating backups and managing disaster recoveryMaintaining access control, as well as the integrity of data, throughout the platform of the AWS / Azure applicationEffectively monitoring performance degree and its availabilityEnsure level of fault tolerance based on business needsIdentify performance bottlenecks and implement remediesWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
